Your repair / getting it here and back

Good care starts
before the bench.

Once Nexaer accepts your repair, we'll confirm what to send, where to send it and the agreed service. Use this guide to prepare for that step.

Please wait for acceptance and shipping instructions. The inquiry receipt confirms your request, not an accepted shipment. Local drop-offs must also be arranged in advance.
01 / Confirm

Know exactly what to send.

  • Use the equipment and shipping instructions provided for your job.
  • Include only agreed boards, devices and accessories.
  • For eBay purchases, follow your listing and order-message instructions.
  • Confirm diagnostic scope, fees and return-shipping terms first.
02 / Prepare

Protect the equipment.

  • Photograph the item and its condition before packing.
  • Use an antistatic bag for bare circuit boards, then cushion them in a sturdy box.
  • Protect connectors and loose parts; stop the item from moving in the box.
  • Ask before sending batteries, heavy assemblies or equipment with special handling needs.
03 / Identify

Help us match your shipment.

  • Include the reference provided with your accepted repair and your contact details.
  • Add a short symptom description and any relevant repair history.
  • Keep your carrier tracking number and share it through the agreed contact channel.
  • Never put passwords, payment details or your private tracking access code in the package notes.
04 / Follow

Stay connected to the work.

  • Use the private tracking link issued for your accepted repair.
  • Review findings and approve any proposed additional work.
  • We'll confirm return arrangements and share the test outcome.
  • For a concern after return, contact us before shipping it again.

After your equipment comes back

Completed repairs have a 90-day limited warranty covering workmanship and the same repaired fault under the repair warranty terms. New or unrelated faults are reviewed separately. Contact Nexaer with your reference and symptoms so we can determine the right next step.
