Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch timing, shipping responsibilities, repair returns, and what to do when a shipment has a problem.

Nexaer LTD Updated

Timing and destinations

Listed repair services state their estimated turnaround and shipping terms in the service offer or invoice. Custom repairs, procurement, NetCrate builds, and engineering deliveries use the timing and destinations in your accepted quote. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

Repair turnaround and carrier transit are separate. The repair estimate identifies when the work clock starts, normally after receipt of the board, required payment, and sufficient information. Additional work or parts delays are discussed with you. We do not silently extend a promised deadline.

For merchandise orders covered by applicable shipment rules, we provide required delay notices and obtain agreement to a revised shipment date or make the required refund. If no shipment time was promised, the applicable default shipment deadline still applies. An estimate does not remove statutory delay or refund rights.

Destination eligibility, freight requirements, express service, and any international arrangements must be confirmed in the listing or quote. Do not assume a standard return-shipping offer includes every destination or expedited service. Any exceptions and additional charges are disclosed before payment.

Mail-in board shipping

Contact us for intake approval, a reference number, and the shipping address before sending equipment. The customer pays inbound shipping for an initial repair or diagnosis. Listed successful repairs include standard return shipping as stated in the offer; custom-repair return shipping is stated in the quote.

If a board is unrepairable, the repair quote is declined, or authorized diagnostics find no repairable fault, the customer pays the disclosed $65 diagnostic fee for diagnostics performed plus actual return shipping. Return-shipping cost or its agreed limit is disclosed before shipment to us; any increase requires approval. Prepaid amounts are credited so the same charge is not collected twice.

For a confirmed covered repair-warranty claim, Nexaer covers standard shipping both ways. Contact us first for instructions or a label. Optional expedited shipping is agreed separately. See Repair Service Terms.

Packaging and receiving

Use suitable antistatic protection, a rigid box, and sufficient cushioning to prevent movement or connector damage. Include your name, reference number, board identification, symptoms, and return address. Send only the equipment we authorized; do not include loose batteries, accessories, fluids, or hazardous materials without specific instructions. Ask for guidance if you are unsure how to package an item.

For outbound deliveries, provide a complete address and tell us about receiving hours, appointment requirements, loading docks, liftgates, restricted access, and other freight needs before quoting. We will explain and obtain approval for additional delivery services rather than add undisclosed charges.

Tracking, loss, and damage

We provide tracking when available. Carrier estimates can change. If a shipment is missing, delivered to the wrong location, or damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and any photographs. Keep the packaging and damaged goods while the issue is reviewed, unless unsafe to do so.

Please note visible freight damage on the delivery receipt when practical. These steps help with claims; failure to follow a suggested reporting step does not automatically remove statutory or warranty rights. We coordinate investigation of shipments we arrange and address our fulfillment obligations. You should contact the carrier for a customer-arranged inbound shipment, and we will provide available receiving information.

An order is not automatically considered properly fulfilled merely because a carrier accepted a package. Responsibility for particular shipments is governed by the accepted order and applicable law. See Returns & Refunds for incorrect, defective, or undelivered goods.
