Start Here: NetCrate Setup and Evaluation
This page is the QR-code destination for received units. It gives evaluators and buyers the next steps for receipt confirmation, setup, support, feedback, and closeout.
1. Confirm receipt
Email trevor@nexaer.tech or call Nexaer to confirm the unit arrived and note any shipping damage immediately.
2. Review setup
Use the included quick-start guide before first power-on. Confirm Starlink, SIMs, power source, and deployment location.
3. Run first-use test
Power the unit, verify private Wi-Fi, public Wi-Fi if enabled, Starlink path, and cellular backup paths configured for your unit.
4. Report issues fast
Contact Nexaer with serial number, photos, LED status, power source, Starlink model, carrier/SIM details, and what failed.
5. Complete evaluation
Evaluation units require final feedback and a purchase, return, or written extension decision by the closeout date.
