What to include in your RFQ

The faster we get accurate requirement details, the faster a quote comes back. If you can include the following, we can usually turn a response same day or next business day:

Unit/command and point of contact

Name, title, organization, and the best email and phone for follow-up questions.

Quantity and configuration

Number of units, and whether you need unit-only, unit + Starlink kit, or a managed service term.

Delivery location and required delivery date

Shipping destination and any deadline tied to an exercise, deployment, or fiscal year-end requirement.

Funding source, if known

Purchase card, simplified acquisition, grant-funded, or another mechanism — helps us format the quote correctly the first time.

Common questions from procurement and contracting staff

The unmanaged unit tiers ($3,500–$4,500) fall within standard federal micro-purchase thresholds for many acquisition types, and within the elevated threshold used for emergency and disaster-response related purchases. Confirm your unit's specific threshold and funding rules before purchasing.

Not currently. Nexaer is SAM.gov registered and can quote directly for micro-purchase and simplified-acquisition-threshold buys without a Schedule contract. If your requirement specifically needs a Schedule vehicle, let us know in your RFQ and we'll advise on the best path.

Yes. NetCrate offers a structured 30-day field evaluation under signed terms at $2,250, with a purchase or return decision at the end. This is a common starting point before a unit-level or multi-unit order.

Typically same business day to next business day once we have point of contact, quantity, configuration, and delivery requirements. Submit the form below or email directly using the contact information in the footer.
